If you can, please be dressed when you arrive. Bring your own water.

We will continue to monitor the constant changes in our local area and be in contact with our local health department to be able to make the best educated decisions for our facility and program. We thank you for your understanding and patience at this time.

You are welcomed to try our program for FREE. No appointments needed. Please wear shorts and a t-shirt when you come in and be ready to learn and sweat.
