Yoga classes are a combination of Ashtanga and Hatha yogas. It is a series of postures to help develop flexibility and strength. The flow is designed to also increase concentration and reduce stress of the mind. Classes are appropriate for all levels.

Tai Chi for Beginners

Tai Chi has been described as a moving meditation. Practiced daily, it will help with relaxation, gentle joint movement, replaces stiffness with flexibility and promotes good body coordination. 

Meditation & Energy Balance for Beginners

You will practice proper breathing techniques to understand the foundation of mediation. You will also learn how to balance your body's energy.

The Kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes are designed to assist your child’s development into a responsible confident individual. Your child will learn realistic Self-Defense techniques that will give him/her the confidence to face any situation in their day to day lives. Some of the values and physical attributes taught at our kids program include but are not limited to:


Respect, Self-esteem, Self-confidence, Teamwork, Integrity, Discipline, Focus, Coordination, Flexibility and many more.


Special: Kids receive their first uniform for FREE. 

Novice Package

Novice Package- Covers the fundamentals needed in order to start understanding the martial art. Such as basic body positions, basic body mechanics, basic techniques and understanding of the Brazilian Jiu Jitsu terminology.

Amateur Package

Amateur Package- Includes the fundamental classes, conditioning class and our all ranks classes on Monday and Friday. Rolling (sparring) will also be introduced. The techniques will start to be more detailed and will challenge your mind. The student will also have the opportunity to train with more experienced students. Essential in developing the skills once the fundamentals are learned.

Pro Package

Pro Package is for the advanced student and for those who wish to compete in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu tournaments. All classes from the amateur package plus the advanced classes on Tuesday/Thursday 7-9pm.

Pro package is where the student is fully aware of the fundamentals, terminology,  and is able to start mixing and combining techniques and positions with ease. The student will develop strong skills needed to confront any possible situation at hand. This is also where the student starts to develop their own style of grappling.  High level of conditioning and maintaining a healthy lifestyle are crucial at this point in the students journey.
