In an effort to create a safe training environment we are observing the following guidelines
Proof of Covid-19 Vaccination. No proof, No entry!
If the following apply to you, Please stay away 5 days to be sure no symptoms appear, or wear a face mask
1. If you have come in contact with someone who has tested positive for Covid
2.Attended a large crowded event (where safety measures were not met)
3. Competed in a tournament
4. Participated in a seminar
5.Traveled via plane
As always, the Golden Rule always applies: if you feel sick/ill, please stay home.
If you can, please be dressed when you arrive. Bring your own water.
We will continue to monitor the constant changes in our local area and be in contact with our local health department to be able to make the best educated decisions for our facility and program. We thank you for your understanding and patience at this time.

Wednesday: Early Bird 6am-7:30am, Conditioning 6pm-6:45pm
Thursday: Kids class 7-11 yrs 5pm-5:45pm, Beginner's 6pm-6:45pm,
Regular 7pm- 8:30pm, Open Mat 8:30pm-9pm
Friday: Early Bird 6am-7:30am, Regular 7pm-8:30pm, Open Mat 8:30pm-9pm
Saturday: Regular 8am-9:30am
Saturday 10am (60 min- 75 min) $10 cash
Based on traditional Ashtanga Half Primary series. The practice harmonizes breath with movements. Which follows a sequence of set asanas/poses meant to increase your physical strength, flexibility, detoxification, concentration and relaxation. The practice is rigorous and challenging. But to continue with the practice, one must listen to their body and proceed in a mindful manner.
